Professional Background

Matthew P. Lawlor is co-founder and Board Chair of Ceca Foundation, a nonprofit that recognizes outstanding health caregivers. Ceca underwrites and provides proprietary software, operating services and cash awards for participating hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted and senior living, behavioral health, hospice and other healthcare communities.

Mr. Lawlor is also one of the leading innovators and thought leaders in the online banking and payments industry. Over a twenty-year span, he built Online Resources Corporation from concept to a publicly traded company serving thousands of financial clients covering an estimated 15 percent of US households and processed over $100 billion payments per year.

Lawlor has embraced strategic innovation and entrepreneurship throughout his career. He helped pioneer new business practices in a variety of industries, and is credited with several major patents. He is currently General Partner of Three Ten Holdings, which invests in financial technology and venture capital.

Lawlor performed public service with the White House and OMB, where he played a key role in the trend-setting presidential transition of 1981. He has served on numerous Boards throughout his career, and remains active in public policy forums, and is a member of American Business Conference (ABC) and Business Executives for National Security (BENS).
